Expansion strategy

The primary focus is on further strengthening the two business divisions: Production and Trade. This will be achieved, on the one hand, by expanding existing sites and tapping into new markets, and, on the other hand, through the acquisition of companies.

Target companies should be profitable and well-positioned in their relevant market, and should generate turnover of at least €10.0 million. Ideally, the decision to join the Metall-Chemie Group is driven by a lack of succession planning or the need for growth financing. Metall-Chemie Holding GmbH aims to acquire 100 per cent of the shares, or at least a majority stake.

Unlike private equity and venture capital firms, Metall-Chemie Holding GmbH is not interested in short-term investments, but rather in long-term commitments. To ensure alignment with this business interest, the new management team may acquire a stake in the company.
