Metall-Chemie Holding GmbH strategically develops its subsidiaries and actively supports them through coaching, consultancy and management control. In addition to selecting and appointing management teams, Metall-Chemie Holding GmbH provides guidance and, where necessary, support in defining corporate strategy, organisational structure and financing, as well as on general matters. Furthermore, acquisition projects are pursued in close coordination with the operational management teams.
